Roo was born without fully developed front legs. Luckily, she was adopted into a very good home here in Kaaawa, and has enough love and special care to overcome her disability. She’s one of the morning dogs we see relatively regularly on the beach. And, yes, she does a good job of betting for dog biscuits!
