Popoki, a friendly one-year old male cat, is missing from his home up the hill near the corner of Olohu and Haahaa.
He’s a black cat with white paws and a white chest. He’s been “fixed” and microchipped. He was wearing a collar with a tag when he disappeared. He wasn’t known to wander far, so perhaps he’s moved in temporarily with someone else.
Last seen on March 3.
If you you’ve seen Popoki, please contact me (ian@ilind.net or call 237-7036) and I’ll pass the information on to his family.
This story has a happy ending. Several weeks later, Popoki was found in Kaneohe and identified via a microchip. He returned home to much fanfare. No one knows how he ended up about 13 miles from home.
